I stayed at this hotel with my family and found it to be a nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea provided. However, the location was a bit disappointing as it was away from the main attractions, though easily accessible by tram. The hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. However, during the scorching weekend, the lack of air conditioning made the room feel stuffy. Upon arrival, the room was spotless and ready with beds for both kids and a comfortable queen-size bed for us.
