My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were like a complete mini-suite, spacious and very comfortable, equipped with a kitchen, dresser, queen bed, and a separate area for relaxation. However, there were issues with booking and delays, as they had only one night reserved instead of three upon my arrival. The location was a bit dark and distant from downtown Toronto, but the facilities made up for it. The dining experience was mediocre, and the hotel could have offered more variety. Despite some downsides, the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my family's comfort and even arranging additional amenities in our room.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms needed more cleaning, but they were quiet, providing us with the good sleep we needed after traveling. However, there was this awful clicking sound all night that disturbed our rest. The room had a seating area with a TV, but all we could see were wires hanging out of the wall and a picture leaned against the wall in front of the wires.
