free shuttle king room hurried demeanor unprofessional approach
The hotel is super convenient to the airport and the free shuttle is amazing. the bed was super comfy. I had a king room. aveda toiletries were also included!!!
i encountered annette at the front desk. her demeanor was hurried and dismissive right away. she didn't try to help me, and she seemed more focused on assisting the next guests.

glass elevator spacious lobby comfortable bed
The glass elevator offered a surprising experience. The lobby was spacious, providing several amenities. My room was beautifully designed and the bed was comfortable. I got some much-needed rest after my long trip.
I was not informed about charges for using the WiFi. This was an unexpected expense. I was not told about a fee upon check-in. There was also no mention during log-in about this charge.

clean room comfortable room
The staff was courteous. the rooms were very comfy and tidy. The king room met my needs perfectly. i could see planes take off. That was awesome.
there were no hypo allergenic pillows.

Excellent Stay Near Airport
clean room comfortable bed free shuttle
The room was VERY comfortable and clean. The bed was a DREAM. The free shuttle service to the airport was prompt. Staff members were wonderful and upbeat. They were willing to help.
I noticed an extra charge on my credit card after checking out, and I'm still trying to resolve it. I hope they improve their billing accuracy.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A business center with computers and printers is available 24/7, useful for printing travel documents. There is also a gift shop in the lobby, should you need a souvenir.

Our room included a king-sized bed and a private balcony overlooking the runway, a unique feature. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Soundproofing was excellent. It minimized airport noise.

The shuttle service was efficient. It ran every 15 minutes to and from the airport terminals. Check-in was quick. Kunal at the front desk was helpful. The hotel offered a parking app which saved money.

The hotel's proximity to the airport made early morning flights much less stressful. It offers a convenient private ride service. The location is ideal for quick overnight stays near transit hubs.

decent stay
warm greeting soft jazz clean lounge no room overbooked hotel grave error
samuel at the concierge lounge felt so nice. he greeted all the guests warmly and was there when i need him. he played soft jazz music and kept the lounge clean. i hope to see him next time.
i could not stay. all systems were down, they were overbooked, and i had nowhere to rest. i had to sleep on the airport floor.
