The hotel is conveniently located near the Cargo terminal, about 20 minutes from KLIA2 terminal, and offers a free shuttle service. The rooms were quite small for two people, making it a bit challenging to move around with luggage, but the staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially at the cafe for dinner. However, the dining options were limited and the food quality could be improved. The location offers easy access to the airport with complimentary shuttle service, although it's a bit far from other shops. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
