mixed feelings about my stay
heating system tv remote
staff helped me print my boarding pass, and i appreciate that.
the heating didn't work at all so i was freezing the whole time and the ac only blew cold air. i told the front desk, but they didn't do anything. the tv remote barely worked with only a few buttons responsive. it was frustrating not being able to get comfortable in my room.

convenient location friendly staff quiet garden unenthusiastic check-in slow response unattended lobby
The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is an easy walk from the airport arrival hall. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a quiet garden where guests can sit.
Check-in was not very enthusiastic. Check-out was also an issue. I tried to call someone for about five minutes, but no one came. I just left the keys on the table in the lobby.

parking space clean room helpful staff cooling mode tv remote tea
The hotel provided ample parking space. I found the rooms very clean on arrival. The reception staff was helpful with directions.
The air conditioning only worked in cooling mode. I noticed very few buttons on the TV remote were working. I found no tea or coffee in the room.

faulty air conditioning constant noise
the bed was comfortable, a positive after a long day of travel.
The air conditioning did not work properly, it only blew out cold air. i tried to adjust it, but nothing happened and the room was freezing. the noise was also a problem. I could hear water running through pipes all night , made sleep difficult.

so close to the airport, it's AMAZING!!!

the location is Amazing! it is just across the street from the airport. i walked there easily. the staff printed my boarding pass for me, that was super helpful. the bar and garden were also really nice!
i could hear water running in the pipes ALL night!! even with earplugs, it was difficult to sleep.
