Despite the slightly smaller rooms than what I'm accustomed to, my stay at this hotel was clean and relatively comfortable. The service, although professional and efficient with a courtesy bus drop-off at the Amtrak station, lacked a warm touch that could have enhanced the experience. The location is superb for airport convenience and proximity to the Erie Canal trail, facilitating both travel and leisure options. The dining experience, while meeting expectations, had a slight issue related to the breakfast offer. Overall, good value for the money with room for improvement.
