The Capsule Transit Sleep Lounge is located landside on Level 5 of KLIA Terminal 1's departure hall, behind Costa Coffee. It sits a few steps from the international check-in rows B-C and near the domestic and international immigration clearance entrance. The lounge is directly in front of 7-Eleven, Krispy Kreme, and KyoChon, with a surau immediately outside.

Each capsule contains a coffee machine, multiple charging ports, a mirror, and individual air conditioning. The mattress is comfortable and clean, with bedding replaced after each use. Guests are provided an amenity kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, eye mask, earplugs, and bottled water.
