Really good Service and Super clean Room!

Emma's Gatwick pick-up was so smooth, and her colleague's drop-off the next day was just as easy! I stayed in a cosy room with an comfortable bed. The linen was good quality. The bedroom and the private bathroom across the hall were so clean. A kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk were available, I made a tea!

The restaurant menu seemed a bit limited, I wanted more variety!

clean room good quality short transfer

the room was very clean with nice decorations. towels provided had good quality. a transfer to gatwick airport in the morning took a few minutes.

the front car park was full upon arrival at 10pm. i had to park at the back. finding the entrance in the dark was hard because the signs are small.

The traffic noise bothered me. I could hear it clearly from my room. The hotel sits right next to a major road, but it lacks good noise insulation. I struggled to sleep all night. Breakfast included very little choice. An English breakfast required a special request that I found annoying.

the room was great. it was a double room, and i found it clean. friendly staff were available at reception. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle to and from the airport.

my room was noisy with traffic. i requested an extra pillow but heard nothing back. the parking fee was a full £9 despite my short stay.
