My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and lovely, the bed was huge, and the high thread count bedding made it super cozy. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hot breakfast was a treat, and the special Valentine's surprise in the afternoon was a delightful touch.

The hotel's location was perfect for me. The extensive car parking and green spaces provided a nice area to relax. It was great for evening drinks and morning walks, and being close to places in the Knutsford area was a bonus.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, just a few things to consider. The room was a bit cold during our meal, but it had a king bed which was nice for the 90th birthday afternoon tea. The service felt a bit strained, but Daniel made our stay so pleasant, he truly shines. The location is beautiful and lucky to have it close by, although the plastic flowers were a letdown. Dining was disappointing with cooked food tasting old. Overall, a mixed experience.
