My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet, but there were some cleanliness issues with trash and an unexpected item discovered. The service was friendly and very helpful, making my experience more pleasant overall. The location was convenient, but there were minor inconveniences like a malfunctioning printer. The dining experience was pretty good, but the upcharge for certain items was not worth it.

The hotel room, though with an outdoor balcony, was not very clean even with a 'clean' sticker on the door, and there was trash and other items found around the room. Nevertheless, it was still okay, but seemed like a Holiday Express with a higher price. The service was professional but not as friendly as expected. The location, even though good and convenient, had not been cleaned in a while. The dining at the hotel was not worth the extra money, but plentiful and tasty. Overall, there were ups and downs in my experience at this hotel.
