My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed, with really nice bathrooms. The breakfast offered a good selection including waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, coffee, and orange juice. The location was perfect for me, with easy access and exit, plus having a Starbucks conveniently across the street.

The service was extremely friendly and helpful; they even brought the shuttle down to our rooms so my dad wouldn't have to travel the distance to the reception area. We were handed adorable 'breakfast-to-go' bags when we checked out.

Upon arrival, the hotel looked like it was brand new, but shortly after 9 am, an overpowering scent in the room became noticeable. The location was close to Hobby Airport and offered a free shuttle service, but it was across from a strip club in a rough area with limited nearby stores.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a soft mattress and plenty of pillows, but I encountered some tiny flying bugs in the sink that made my bed vibrate when the boiler was on. The service was very accommodating, especially with dinner recommendations and included shuttle to and from Houston Hobby, but the location was not the best, being close to a busy highway. The dining experience was convenient and offered a variety of options prior to taking the shuttle to the airport.
