The hotel's location is not ideal, being too far from the airport; however, the rooms are spacious and suitable for travelers with many luggage. The service is exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff, particularly receotionist Vanka and restaurant manager Septian. The dining experience is excellent with good choices available. The facilities are top-notch, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and an airport shuttle for added convenience.
