friendly staff breakfast choices clean room
the staff were friendly and polite. breakfast had good choices even with the limited list. i appreciated how clean the room was.
the room was a little small, and moving around with luggage felt restricted.

limited hot water expressway noise
Hot water was very limited. They only allowed it for a short time after we complained. i had to wash up in the sink, luckily it had hot water. the noise from the expressway was really bad and i couldn't sleep. It gave me a headache. there were also ants in the room

The hotel's proximity to the airport proved convenient (a real time-saver!). The staff members I encountered were helpful and eager to assist with any request. I particularly appreciated the well-appointed rooms that included all necessary amenities. The on-site restaurant offered both breakfast and dinner options.
My room faced the main road, and traffic noise persisted late into the night, made sleeping difficult.

Decent Hotel for a Short Stay

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast included several choices and full staff service. The hotel felt authentic.
The room had a small window and no balcony. The location is on a very busy road, so walking anywhere is difficult. It took a long time to get anywhere because of the traffic. I had to go to a roundabout to change direction.

extreme noise limited options
The noise was a real problem for me. it was caused by a nearby expressway. Sleeping was difficult. there werent many food options close by and getting around was hard cause of the location is far of many things, i hate that.

i found some significant drawbacks. the persistent noise from the nearby road made sleep difficult. also, the limited dining options around the area posed a problem since there were very few choices within walking distance. the hotel only offered a limited selection.

The staff assisted with crossing a busy road. Junita was a server during breakfast and gave us attentive service. The staff offered a good luck wrist band upon my departure. The hotel has a cozy Balinesean atmosphere.
The location on a busy one-way street made accessing nearby restaurants a challenge. There are no comfortable spots for relaxation.
