the free airport shuttle was convenient. i appreciated that it operated 24 hours. the shop had a variety of snacks and frozen dinners available. this helped when the dining room hours did not align with my schedule.
The room i received was small. It looked dated. this detail was disappointing. the shower door was also loose.

mixed experience at airport hotel
attitude change credit card
my experience was not great. i was told a credit card was needed for a damage deposit, that was a problem for me. i've used cash deposits before at other hotels, even other branches of this hotel. i cannot get a credit card because of my nationality so the staff attitude seemed to change. i seemed like they looked down on me because i didn't have a credit card.
