Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport, Boston

My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and nicely scented, offering a pleasant environment. The service was exceptional, with a super friendly and helpful staff, although the wait for the shuttle was a bit long. The location was convenient, especially for airport access, and the dining experience was excellent with a variety of options. The hotel had a nice busy atmosphere and the facilities were quite impressive.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were sparkling clean, nicely appointed, and roomy, providing everything we needed to be comfortable. The hotel overlooks the quieter part of the airport, and the second room had a view of a multistory car park. The service was outstanding with the nicest and most accommodating staff I have ever encountered. The location was excellent for access to Logan Airport and downtown Boston. While the dining experience was outstanding, it was a bit expensive. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-stocked with toiletries and towels, which was great. However, the air filtration in the room was poor, affecting our sleep quality, and the bathroom cleanliness was lacking. The breakfast had limited protein options, but the waffles were excellent despite the lady's unhelpful attitude when I asked about additional items like cheese.

The hotel was quiet despite being on the second floor. For the price we paid for the room and the fact that the hotel was new, it would have been nice to have a better shower head in the rooms, especially with no heating, hot water, or lighting.
