My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, very close to the Ontario Airport and convenient for visiting the Ontario Convention Center, with various dining options nearby. However, the rooms were disappointing, with cleanliness issues and a lack of essential amenities. The service was a letdown with unresponsive staff, but the breakfast was not too bad despite limited choices.
