the breakfast buffet was perfect. there was a great variety of food (especially fresh pastries). the location is super convenient right at the airport.
the air conditioning could not be adjusted easily so i turned it off. the carpet seemed very tired. (it could certainly use replacing)

I found a couple of things quite disappointing . the minibar was empty, not ideal when i wanted a quick refreshment after a long day. the reception area seemed understaffed. The check-in process took nearly an hour. it felt chaotic waiting so long. also, at the bar, i waited for 20 minutes without being served. i eventually left because nobody came to take my order.
