the staff was amazing, and they were always helpful .
i booked based on good reviews, but i checked in after a long travel day and grabbed dinner to bring to my room. the manager then called, saying i was undercharged a few pounds and needed me to return to the front desk immediately, it was bizarre and unprofessional.

Really good Convenience and Comfort!

Check-in was super smooth I stored my baggage with ease for sightseeing. The room included an ironing board, iron, and trouser press I found those very useful. The hotel offered different types of coffee, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizing cream.
I requested a blanket but was initially told housekeeping had left I was surprised. This situation was resolved after I pointed out my bed lacked one I was a bit frustrated by the initial disbelief.

I appreciated the very good breakfast options available each morning Sumit was especially helpful, guiding me through the buffet and catering to my preferences. Munaza greeted me with a warm smile and I found Mohammad very helpful and attentive.

The included ironing board, iron, diverse coffee selections, and trouser press were excellent. Most hotels in this price range omit these amenities! i appreciated the fabulous full english breakfast, more than just a continental option. i would certainly recommend this hotel and plan to return!
I asked for a late checkout, considering my frequent traveler status. I was told it was fine. however, i found usb sockets missing in the room, a strange omission for an airport hotel. the wifi also disconnected frequently, even during a sports broadcast. it was frustrating!

The staff displayed a cute attitude and really good professionalism. I particularly commend the concierge who was on duty. several employees namely huma sumit munaza were notably kind, efficient, and always ready to assist. it really made a difference!

the front desk exhibited poor service upon my arrival , specifically regarding a pre-paid charge. i was asked for an additional deposit despite having already paid in advance. the room's temperature was uncomfortably cold , and i found the shower arrangement inconvenient due to its fixed shower head.

I received warm, delicious cookies upon arrival at the reception! The bar food was good and I enjoyed the convenience of onsite parking. A shuttle bus offered easy access to the airport terminals. The hotel staff accommodated my requests, supporting all customers.
The TV remote looked like it has not been cleaned in years.

the room was comfortable and equipped with an ironing board , an iron , and a trouser press. a fabulous full english breakfast was available , not just continental , with different types of coffee.
i tried to use online check in to get the digital room access key , but i could not link my reservation with my hilton account.
