airport proximity great soundproofing helpful staff
The location is awesome because it is near Heathrow airport. My room had great sound proofing. I could not hear planes. The staff was helpful arranging transport to the airport terminal. I appreciate that so much.
The water in the room cost extra from the bar. I thought that was weird

shuttle service late checkout dinner quality good breakfast
Breakfast provided good choices and the location proved convenient with regular shuttle service to the airport. I enjoyed a very good dinner at the bar. A late checkout accommodated my later flight time. I appreciated the helpful service.
The bottled water was overpriced. I would have liked a complimentary bottle in the room.

Acceptable stay near the airport
breakfast buffet clean room water bottle no slippers
The room was very clean. The restaurant provided great food with a nice atmosphere. I found the breakfast buffet in the morning excellent. It was exactly what I needed before my flight.
I found no slippers available in the room. A small bottle of water cost 5 pounds in the shop by the reception. I think leaving two bottles of cold water in the fridge would.
