the staff at the front desk were very helpful and efficient when i checked in. i found the breakfast choices to be plentiful and of great quality, especially the freshly made pancakes. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the nec regularly, a valuable perk for attendees. pillows were comfortable and i did not need to use my own.

the bar manager displayed an unqualifiable attitude. i have never been treated that way, even in campings or youth hostels, so for an hotel of this standing, it is unacceptable.

the breakfast service offered attentive care, including Padma, who made my mornings good. several staff members were really good too ensure every need was met, reflecting a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

The room provided a comfortable stay and included useful amenities. the rooms were clean, with fresh towels and toiletries. This added an extra touch of convenience to the overall experience, i was very grateful for that.

Danny gave me such a warm welcome at reception. samjhana offered really good service in the restaurant. I was so pleased with the food! our suite had great views of the airport, it was amazing. the room felt spacious and modern, i loved it

The leisure centre changing room lockers were a bit busted. I couldn't lock anything, a slight issue.

The parking situation was poor. Paying £12 a night felt excessive as i had to spend a long time looking for a space and hoping one would become available..

check in was smooth. i used the gym with three treadmills. The menu in restaurant had many choices. The value for money was very good considering the location.
