missing shuttle unhelpful front desk

The room had air conditioning that worked very well. It was easy to adjust the temperature.

I booked a shuttle to the airport, BUT it never showed up. I had to pay for a taxi, and the front desk WASN'T helpful at all. They just shrugged. The hotel is also located far from anything. There were no shops or restaurants nearby.

the free shuttle service to the airport was prompt and convenient. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. i found a place across the street where i purchased snacks. the room had good air conditioning and no hallway noise.

defective shower control defective kettle switch

the shower control was not functional. it did not occur to me to contact staff as i wanted to sleep. also the kettle switch was defective. one needed to hold it to operate it.
