The staff were helpful. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service, it ran 24/7. The room included good quality toiletries, that was a nice touch.
The room I stayed in felt rather small. the walls seemed thin. The concierge quoted an high price for a trip to the pyramids.

The check-in process was irritating. The staff seemed indifferent. They failed to activate my room key, so I had to return to the reception. the room had some cleanliness issues. The carpet looked like it needed a thorough cleaning (it was really dusty).

My experience was not great. the noise levels were excessive. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. the soundproofing is NOT good. also, the cleanliness was not up to par. Stains covered the furniture fabric, i had to put towels down before sitting.

The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and provided prompt service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and fresh options. The room had useful amenities like a fridge, kettle, and toiletries. The free airport shuttle made transportation seamless and stress-free.
