inaccessible location limited transport

The breakfast was good and provided a decent start to the day.

The location proved to be a major drawback I had assumed the airport proximity meant easy access however I found myself somewhat marooned. Public transport was not readily accessible so exploring beyond the hotel required taxis. This limited my ability to see local sights without incurring additional expenses.

temperature control problem slow staff

My room's temperature control was a problem. It was excessively cold when I arrived. I wanted a double bed, but one was unavailable. The staff member overseeing breakfast seemed slow to replenish items and spent too much time chatting. These issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

excellent service early morning smooth check-in

check-in went smoothly! ivan's excellent service set a great tone for my stay. the complimentary 'on the run' snacks were a nice touch , considering my early morning departure did not permit a full breakfast. i stored my bags without any issues when i arrived early.

i found that the vending machines were a little tricky to use. it took me a few tries to get my drink.
