My stay at the hotel was pretty nice overall. The room smelled clean and was at a comfortable temperature, plus it was in a good location for traveling through the city. However, the room I was assigned initially was not stocked with adequate towels/washcloths for the number of guests, but they promptly moved me to a different room which was much better.

The staff was really helpful during my stay. They were very welcoming and even helped me set up a trip back to the airport the next morning to pick up my luggage, get back to the hotel, and then make it to my business event.

Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient with nearby stores, but the room was noisy due to its proximity to the elevator and had an unpleasant odor. On the bright side, the service was friendly and accommodating, and the dining experience, especially with Debra's assistance, was excellent.
