My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious but quite far from the lobby and parking area, which was challenging for me as a handicapped guest. However, the room was provided free of charge for the night, although it definitely needs some updating.

The hotel is conveniently surrounded by shopping areas and restaurants. However, it was a bit disappointing to have to leave before the breakfast service. The location offers easy access to the airport without traffic delays.

The hotel had beautiful and clean rooms, but the distance from the lobby and parking lot was a challenge for a handicapped guest. The service was friendly and accommodating. The location was good, although getting into the hotel off the Parkway was tricky. The dining experience was not worth it. The facilities were satisfactory.
