convenient airport stay
really good helpfulness early check-in helpful staff
the staff displayed really good helpfulness, going above and beyond to meet guest needs. i appreciated the lady receptionist during check-in, she allowed early check-in and provided breakfast. i also found christian and richard at the front desk very helpful with the laundry service.

The breakfast buffet was decent.
The room i stayed in was small. There was virtually no space to move around with my luggage. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made the room stuffy.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
excellent staff clean facility convenient location short walk
i found the reception and restaurant staff offered excellent customer service. They addressed all my needs. The facility maintained high cleanliness standards. It was only a short walk to the domestic airport, about 15 minutes, and also to Mascot train station, perhaps 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
i found that the room i booked was very small, made moving around with luggage a little difficult, but it was manageable for my short stay.

quick check-in lovely staff clean room
check-in was very quick. The staff was lovely and cute. I found the room to be very super clean and cozy for my short stay. I also had access to easy parking at the hotel.
i noticed a lack of soundproofing, there was quite a lot of traffic noise during the night. this impacted sleep quality.

airport proximity was amazing
airport proximity friendly staff clean facility easy access
The location was very close to the airport. I could walk there in about 15 minutes. the staff were friendly and helpful, made my arrival smooth. the facility was neat and clean. Everything i needed was available. a shuttle bus worked well, it provided easy access to alpha car rentals nearby.
The air conditioning was not great. The room felt a little stuffy.

I found the breakfast to be quite good. the staff were amazing. I appreciated their helpfulness. the room met my needs well, it was exactly what i required for a short stay.
My room felt narrow, there was limited space to open my cases. the lighting was awkward. I had to turn on all overhead lights to use the coffee alcove. i found the kettle leaked, a minor inconvenience.

The staff offered a free breakfast box since I left prior to breakfast service. The laundry facilities were useful. The location was very close to the domestic terminal, about a 15-20 minute walk. I found the hotel very accommodating. They provided a shuttle bus service.
The restaurant menu was very restricted. It lacked variety. I also thought the restaurant was not very comfortable.

My room was quiet and comfortable even though it was near the airport. It was equipped with two types of pillows, a nice touch. The room also contained excellent bathroom products for the body. This was very convenient.
