The hotel had ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and nice, but they looked nothing like the pictures when I booked. The service was top-notch from the moment I called for the shuttle bus until I reached the room.

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms are incredibly spacious, almost like having your own apartment, which was a huge plus, especially travelling with a little one for an extended stay. The service was top-notch and really made my business trip a breeze, catering to my needs on both sides of the hotel. The location was superb, particularly for families, although it could use a bit more work-friendly ambiance. While the dining options were good, I think a few more pastries and personalized omelettes could make mornings even better. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.

The hotel offers nice rooms with great layouts and full kitchen amenities but should improve response times to address issues promptly. The staff members, especially at the front desk and as bartenders, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. While the location might be a bit remote for some and requires hefty deposits, it provides shuttle services to the airport and nearby attractions. The dining experience was delightful, especially with made-to-order omelettes available. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
