efficient transport helpful directions late arrival
the shuttle service provided efficient transport from the airport terminal. the driver offered helpful directions for catching my next flight the following morning. restaurant staff accommodated my late arrival at 9:51 pm even though the restaurant was closing at 10 pm.
the city view from my room featured an unappealing view of an abandoned building.

Convenient and Well-Equipped
kind staff clear process great server blackout curtains
The staff was genuinely kind. Alexa offered a check-in process that was clear. Charles, the Valet Manager, kindly explained the valet process (it put me at ease). Alex was a great server at Beckett's. He was attentive. The room was clean. Amenities were stocked. Blackout curtains blocked light. I rested well. I barely heard planes, even though the hotel is near the tarmac.

The location allows for quick access to airport terminals. A complimentary shuttle runs frequently. There is a store on the first floor where guests can purchase different items including Starbucks coffee, allowing them to start the day right.

The room included comfortable beds. Rooms have blackout curtains, which help provide a restful sleep. Spacious rooms contribute to a comfortable experience. Each room also features free wireless internet (handy for staying connected).

helpful staff great server blackout curtains thin walls uncomfortable mattress
i found alexa very helpful at check-in and she answered all my questions. i ate at beckett's and alex was a great server. my club sandwich was delicious the room was very clean and the blackout curtains were very helpful.
i will probably avoid hyatt properties in the future now the walls seemed thin i could hear a baby crying next door. the mattress was uncomfortable i could feel the springs.

the free airport shuttle ran constantly. the location was near the airport. this made transport easy. i also found helpful staff and it was a nice benefit.
