perfect location cozy room satisfactory breakfast
the location proved perfect, especially its proximity to nato headquarters. my room felt very cozy. it was quiet despite the hotel's nearness to the airport. i found the breakfast satisfactory, and the wifi worked well.
i noticed the room had some slight deficiencies.

the bus connections were good. the location allowed easy access to transportation. i also appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel. breakfast included plentiful fresh bread and croissants.
The front desk employee was unprofessional. She did not resolve our parking issue quickly at check-out. this caused us to be late for an important event. i found this disappointing.

helpful staff clean room basic amenity
the staff was indeed helpful.. they assisted with directions. the room was clean and included basic amenities, a plus. the wifi worked without issues, i had no connectivity problems .
the vending machines only accepted coins, i couldn't use my card which was inconvenient.
