friendly staff easy access convenient location

the reception staff was friendly and helpful i was able to walk to the airport easily as the hotel location is so close. the room provided sufficient space for luggage and personal items i appreciated the convenience it offered for early morning flights. the bus stop nearby offered easy access to the town center it was directly next to the hotel.

the gym hours were limited impacting accessibility with early schedules it was quite inconvenient.

our family room had two double beds of great size the room itself felt expansive. staff showed kindness and provided support i had failed to mention my husband uses a wheelchair. a kind staff member changed our room to the ground floor since there are no elevators.

the bar was not overly busy however it felt impossible to get a drink i had to ask at reception.

I was very happy with the breakfast selection. There were many options. the staff was so friendly. my room was also very spacious and clean. i found the location excellent for access to local venues.

the bar prices seemed quite high. i noticed the absence of a fridge in my room, which would have been nice. i also found that the heating was not working as well as i had hoped.
