They helped us resolve the issue quickly. The free shuttle service to the airport operated frequently. It made our early morning departure stress-free. The room was quiet. The temperature controls work very well.
The hotel restaurant was sometimes busy. I found it challenging to get a server's attention at times.

The free airport shuttle was a huge plus, it saved me so much hassle getting to my early flight. my room included tea and coffee facilities, i really needed that caffeine boost first thing in the morning. the hotel also offers a gym. I got a quick workout in before my flight to burn off some energy.
The minibar was locked. I would have liked to have had access to it.

The hotel offered a super convenient shuttle to the airport. It ran every 30 minutes! the room was also a good size with comfortable beds AND pillows.
the restaurant service WAS slow. it took a while to get someone's attention to place an order, and there were some noises from street early morning.
