I found the location convenient to the airport terminal. A covered walkway provided easy access. The self check in station helped me avoid lines.
The fridge in my room had been removed I did not see it. The safe was not working it was a real inconvenience. I also thought the complimentary wifi was a little spotty at times

The hotel room was great. there was a water dispenser in the lobby where i could get a glass of water before heading to my room. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food. It started early at 5:30.
i tried different ways to confirm a double bed. despite getting sales emails from the hotel chain, they never explained how to get to the correct hotel.

I received A room upgrade to a larger room. This was to better accommodate my request for a double bed.
Check-in proved slow. It was honestly the slowest I have experienced at any hotel. The online check-in failed, requesting excessive detail. The manned check-in required 15 minutes per customer. This caused excessive wait times. I consider this unacceptable.

the hotel is very close to the airport terminal. my room included a magnifier at the sink. the staff are cute, and both check-in and check-out were straightforward (very efficient!).
the safe in my room had a dead battery. one of the lights was flickering. also, one of the electric outlets was not working.
