convenient spot near the airport
various foods wide screen tv quiet room
breakfast impressed me. so many foods were available. i don't think i've ever had better hotel breakfast. the room was very quiet, it was near the grove. it was comfortable to watch the grand final on the wide screen tv.
it's not easy to figure out how to get into the hotel, the car park don't have obvious signage.

The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the airport. the rooms are a good size. the breakfast offers an extensive choice (i especially liked the variety of breads).
there was no kettle in the room.

My room was not clean. The toilet had obvious grime. I did not like this.

weak coffee unkempt staff
the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient.
I found the breakfast coffee very weak. Only black coffee was available. additionally, the staff seemed casually dressed, and one looked rather unkempt, it didn't feel like a four-star experience.
