I found half the staff impolite and unhelpful. It was frustrating. i was charged €5 for a glass of ice, something i found ridiculous (i mean, seriously?).

Convenient and Clean, close to EVERYTHING

the staff were cute and efficient. I stayed in a superior room, and it was VERY clean. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a well-stocked coffee machine. The breakfast was awesome. The localisation near the airport was perfect for an early flight. The hotel is only a short walk from Terminal 1.
the air conditioning could not go lower than 22c.

i found the location very convenient, as it's near the airport. the hotel itself was beautiful. i enjoyed dinner and breakfast here (the menu was appealing). the staff helped arrange a ride to the airport.
i noticed a lack of complimentary bottled water in the room. this would have been a welcome addition after a long journey.

i found the team very accomodating. i appreciate that the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel is modern and conveniently located near the airport.
i avoided email invoicing and asked for a physical copy to prevent unclear charges. the hotel check out bill also came back with unclear charges. I emailed them to clarify the charges, but got no reply yet at almost 1 week later.

The hotel sits a short walk from the airport. It's very convenient. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the restaurant near the pool. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's rest.
