My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to the airport, and had a decent breakfast selection. However, the rooms were uncomfortable, smelling of cigarette smoke, and the service left much to be desired with a rude encounter at check-in. The facilities were average, but the price didn't seem to match the experience.

The rooms got very hot and uncomfortable when the air conditioner clicked off and were dirty with the smell of old cigarette smoke even though we asked for a non-smoking room. However, the proximity to the parking space was convenient.

Upon arrival, the service immediately moved us to a second room with cleanliness issues and encountered rudeness when inquiring about the shuttle service. However, there was a cheerful clerk during our interactions.

The hotel's location was great for our early morning flight at the airport, although it felt a bit sketchy. It was convenient for starting our trip in New Mexico, near the airport, car rental location, and the Nob Hill area.
