Red Lion Hotel Pasco Airport & Conference Center, Pasco

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were not ideal, as they were not air-conditioned, extremely hot, and dirty. The shower and coffee pot were broken, and there were stains all over the floor and furniture, which didn't seem like a good value for $125 a night. However, the service was fantastic, with the staff being very apologetic and offering great local recommendations. The location, right next to the interstate highway and airport, was convenient but noisy at times. The dining experience was outstanding, with excellent service and food, although more choices would have been appreciated.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to the airport and Memorial Park Pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable but had issues with temperature control. The service from check-in to maintenance was outstanding, although check-in process was lengthy. The dining experience was below expectations. The facilities were adequate for a short stay.

The hotel was a bit out of the way for us to get our luggage to the second-floor room, needing a bit of updating. However, the rooms were spacious and comfortable despite a mix-up with another customer and some maintenance issues like the broken fitness equipment. The food selection was not to my taste despite being situated at the back side of the hotel.
