My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was beautiful and comfortable, the hotel was well-appointed, large, and extra clean. However, I did notice some cleaning in progress during my stay. The service was friendly and professional, especially Maria in the Lounge. The location was perfect, clean, quiet, and adjacent to Ontario International Airport and major road junctions. The dining experience had plenty of hot and cold choices but felt a bit overpriced. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful mountain view of the San Bernadino mountain range. The convenience of the hotel's location near Ontario Mills for a quick shopping trip was fantastic. However, the dining experience could be improved, and the breakfast options were a bit disappointing.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room lacked essential items like paper towels throughout my stay and the promised fridge and larger tub were missing, leaving me feeling a bit let down. On the bright side, the view from the room was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the need to sleep in the car initially due to our long drive was a major inconvenience.
