mixed feelings on dining
unwelcoming atmosphere poor greeting
the location was perfect for my business at biggin.
i found the bar staff in the evening less than cute. they insisted on verifying my residency before offering menus. this created an unwelcoming atmosphere, and i think it is a poor way to greet potential customers.

modern decor comfortable bed well appointed shower available supplies
I stayed in a standard double room it had modern decor and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable ensuring a restful sleep. The shower room was well appointed. I found extra towels and supplies readily available upon request.
The bar service was a little slow the one evening i visited.

clean hotel lovely shower missing hairdryer unfriendly staff
the room was clean. the shower room included a lovely shower. i found that the air con kept the room a good temperature.
in my room, i missed the hairdryer because i needed it. i think the bar staff wasn't friendly and they asked if we were residents before giving menus.
