Each room at Boxtel is a single private space with air conditioning and soundproof walls. The room contains a comfortable bed, a small fold-out table, and enough floor area to open a suitcase. Guests use the airport's public toilets, located a 5-minute walk up one floor, and are provided with a fresh towel and a bottle of water at check-in.

Boxtel sits on the basement level B of Suvarnabhumi Airport, a short stroll from the Airport Rail Link station that connects to central Bangkok. Restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store are located nearby, and the departures and arrivals halls are a few floors above. The hotel is directly inside the airport, eliminating the need for shuttles or taxis.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and the 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage, private check-in/check-out, and an ATM/cash machine on site. Security features include CCTV in common areas and outside the property, key card access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
