The staff downstairs are super helpful. There is free parking. The restaurant downstairs is lovely and the food is gorgeous. The restaurant can be heard from your room, but once it is closed, the place is pretty quiet.
I found only two electric outlets in my large room. This was a little inconvenient for charging devices and using appliances. Additional outlets would be very helpful.

Loads of free parking is available on site. The restaurant downstairs serves fabulous food, well worth checking out. There is also a small grocery store nearby.

The location is indeed accessible and close to the airport. I found the on-site parking quite useful (it saved me time and effort). I was kinda surprised to find an Italian restaurant attached. It made dining very easy.
The number of electrical outlets in my room was limited.

the location proved convenient , especially with its proximity to transport links. there was ample parking available. the italian restaurant downstairs offered really tasty food and a cheerful atmosphere.
my room's wardrobe door was broken at the bottom , and it didn't move easily. i found a cracked glass panel in the room , which wasn't ideal. also , one of the electrical sockets wasn't working , i'm afraid.

the attached restaurant served very good italian food, i really enjoyed it. the staff members were amazing and helpful . the hotel provided convenient on-site parking, very useful.
The long life milk cartons in the room were gloopy. They didn't look fresh at all. i chose not to drink them.

The hotel is near heathrow terminal 4. This makes access to the airport convenient. the area around the lodge felt quiet, and this provided a calm environment for relaxation. fat boys cafe is nearby, offering a good breakfast option.

The staff at reception was friendly when I checked in. The location is convenient to the airport.
The room was quite small. There was a broken toilet flush button, so you had to poke your finger inside to flush it. Only one plug socket worked in the room, so it was difficult to charge devices.
