The hotel room was much more spacious compared to the one in Kariya, although the bathroom was only suitable for someone under 4 feet tall. Everything in the room worked well, including free Wi-Fi, fridge, safe, and TV. The hotel provided a unique slim hi-tech pillow that seemed right out of a JR shopping catalog.

The service at the hotel was excellent and incredibly polite. The staff went above and beyond to assist, even though I didn't speak Japanese. They were very accommodating with requests like providing a phone charger and an extra pillow.

The hotel's location is perfect for travelers with early flights as it's just a short 3-minute walk from NGO airport. Being right at the airport terminal makes it extremely convenient, especially for those with tight flight schedules.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a fantastic view of boats and the bay, offering easy access to/from the airport. The service is exceptional with helpful staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected and lacked variety in dining options. The facilities are decent for a comfortable stay.
