I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were okay; they were clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that there was no heating. The service was a letdown as well; I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my keys at check-in, and the supervisor's behavior was unacceptable. On the bright side, the location was great for accessing the convention center, but the surrounding area felt a bit awkward. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the hotel's proximity to the convention center made breakfast convenient. Overall, it was just an average stay.
