The service was top-notch, with Adam checking us in and providing a friendly and courteous experience. The location is superb, especially for those flying in and out of Reno/Tahoe airport. The dining options were diverse and delicious, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes. The facilities were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. However, some staff members seemed less friendly, which was a small downside.
