The tram stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. This takes you to the airport quickly. the breakfast had plenty of options and the food was amazing!!! the room service offered good food too.
the air conditioning unit made some noise.

The room was close to local transportation. Tram and bus are readily available. A shuttle to the airport is also available for early flights.
I found that the mini bar was not great. After I voiced my concern, it was only stocked once with a small juice bottle, a tomato juice bottle, two beers, and two soft drinks. No spirits were available. That seemed rather stingy.

the hotel shuttle service from the airport was very handy. the staff were pleasant and friendly, and i found the hotel super clean. i received cakes and treats because the hotel was celebrating an anniversary.
the room lacked air conditioning , even though it was advertised.

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes , providing adequate equipment for a workout. there is also a pool area , which has twenty loungers and a shaded section , for relaxation.

i found the staff very helpful when my transfer bus did not arrive , and they offered me an upgrade. they seemed to handle requests efficiently and were always willing to assist , which was appreciable.

The hotel offers a convenient free mini bar. It met my basic needs.
The room was not adequately prepared. One of the main lamps did not function, which left the room with insufficient lighting. There were also no outlets near the bed, despite the listing claiming their presence, this was frustrating.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport and public transport. i found it convenient to get around without needing a taxi. our family of four fit comfortably in one room, a plus.
The reception staff was unhelpful when i asked for an electrical adapter. They told me to buy one outside, despite this being a four-star hotel and charging 400 euros per night.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel. I paid five Swiss francs for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport the next morning. This commute between cities was very convenient. The location is great for a stopover.
I noticed the water did not drain immediately from the washbowl. It took five to seven minutes to drain completely. I had to wait to use the washbowl and bathing place.
