i found the free shuttle from the airport very convenient the facilities were clean. the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. there were enough kitchen and washing facilities to assist most people.
the walls seemed thin i could hear noises from other rooms.

this hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. it made getting to the airport very easy. there is also a convenience store located on the first floor, a very useful thing.
finding the main entrance proved difficult. it could be better signposted.

the hotel room was a nice size. i appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. (it runs frequently, convenient).
i waited quite a while in the cold, and it never showed up. when i complained, the manager was unhelpful and said he couldn't confirm my reservation, he then refused to assist me further. this was my worst experience in korea.

The room was spacious. I appreciated the generous checkout time the hotel offered. The pick and drop facility from the airport worked well. I also liked the outside view from my window.
I was charged for an extra blanket. The hotel did not advise patrons that the shuttle bus was not running at 6 am. I had to take a taxi as a result. This was disappointing since I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus.

the location is great near unseo station. there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the airport shuttle is very convenient it goes to both terminal 1 and 2.
the bathroom floor can get slippery after a shower because of the half door.
