Staying at this hotel felt like having a small apartment with enough space for 5 of us where we could gather around the fireplace when it got chilly. The staff was professional, kind, and considerate, making our stay very pleasant. The location near the airport was convenient for our travel needs and also great for shopping in the Buffalo area. The dining experience offered a well-rounded variety of food choices, although some dishes weren't as flavorful as expected.
