The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast had options to satisfy everyone. We were able to bring our dog, something important for our family. It was easy to reach the city center by bus with a stop nearby.
The walls seemed thin, allowing noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway to be easily heard.

airport proximity natural light convenient desk hotel restaurant
the hotel is close to the airport. i walked to the nearby tram stop. the desk in my room was near the window, so i worked in natural light. i also enjoyed two meals at the hotel restaurant.
the room door did not have a lock from inside, a minor concern.

The reception staff were very cute. the staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly, too. the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The staff were helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, a significant advantage. The free bus service made access to the city center very easy for me. My bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The complimentary airport transfer was a great bonus.
The kettle lid in my room was detached. This was a minor inconvenience.
