long wait reception impoliteness
The shuttle took ages to arrive at the airport. It was a long wait. the receptionist wasn't polite when i checked in, i expected more. also, the air conditioning wasnt working in my room and i could not adjust it. the beds werent comfy at all. this all.

The free airport shuttle service was convenient and ran frequently. I also found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept.

Acceptable stay near the airport
unhelpful staff limited food
The free shuttle bus made getting to the airport easy.
The reception staff were not very helpful (i found them quite indifferent). There were limited food options, with only vending machines available. I was also unable to order food to the hotel even after explaining i had been traveling for hours. The staff did not seem concerned.

airport convenience is great
free shuttle friendly staff clean facilities
the free transport shuttle was really good. the staffs friendly attitude was very good upon my late arrival. the facilities was clean.
i did not find a coffee machine or kettle in the room. there wasn't complimentary bottled water or a mini fridge too. the room heating i could not adjust and the shower area was oddly placed.

free shuttle prompt service spacious room swift check-in
the free shuttle service was prompt, a true convenience for early departures. my room offered ample space and i found it super clean (cleanliness is always a plus!). plentiful parking was available, with easy access. the front desk provided swift check-in, a welcome efficiency after travel.
i noticed there were no tea or coffee making facilities available directly in the room.

the rooms had a noticeable cleanliness. the free shuttle made getting to the airport easy. the driver was punctual and polite. i also got a free upgrade to a bigger room. i appreciated the extra space .
the bathroom light was very bright. it turned on automatically when i got up in the night. this was disruptive, and i hope they change this design in the future.

the room was a nice double or twin room. a free shuttle to the airport was available, a service i used for an early flight. the staff were helpful.
