efficient shuttlespacious roomconvenient metro
I found the airport shuttle super convenient! it ran quickly and efficiently. the room was bigger than i expected, especially the bathroom which was great. the metro station is also really close. I took a quick trip downtown!

The room was clean I found the bed linens of a very good quality. The bathroom towels were also of a very good quality the bathroom itself was well-equipped. The airport shuttle was excellent it provided timely transport. The staff were friendly and they were bilingual.
The room had thin walls I could hear noise from adjacent rooms it slightly impacted my sleep quality.

the free airport shuttle was convenient (it runs every 45 minutes, i believe). i had a standard double or twin room. it included a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, which i definitely used.
the shower water volume exceeded the drainage capacity a little.

The location was convenient for my early flight. The free shuttle to the airport was punctual. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, they attended all my requests with promptitude. The breakfast presented a wonderful spread.
The air conditioning in my room struggled. It only decreased the temperature slightly, despite running for several hours. This made the room less comfortable than hoped.

The receptionist was very friendly. She gave me a quiet room. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. In the morning, I used the airport transfer service. The driver was kind and helpful (it made the early flight easier).
The hotel had no bar or cafe open during the day. I found the price a bit high for what I received. I noticed only one of the receptionists seemed pleasant.
