My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, although a bit warm. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the lack of extra facilities like a spa that often go unused. The initial disinfectant smell was a minor letdown, but it didn't affect my overall enjoyment.

The rooms were a good size for 3 people and very comfortable. They are quite spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The lack of extra facilities like a spa actually made it better value for money. The only downside was the initial smell of disinfectant when we arrived.

The staff were very helpful, particularly when advising me on which terminal to go to. I also appreciated the pillow menu. However, there was an unfortunate incident where they didn't at least try to solve a request, which was disappointing. On another occasion, the customer service was extremely rude, making it the worst I've ever experienced.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you need quick access to the airport. It's only a 10-minute drive away, and there are nearby restaurants as well. The facility for long-term underground parking was a bonus. However, the late-night noise was a downside to an otherwise convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a zip-up twin 'double' bed, bunk beds, and a table with comfy chairs, very well appointed and clean. It felt more like a cafe environment. While there was a slight smell of smoke even though the rooms are non-smoking, the cleanliness, comfort, and soundproofing along with all the necessary amenities made my stay enjoyable.

I needed a hotel close to the airport for one night before my early flight the next morning. The rooms were fine, very clean, with a lovely bathroom. The restaurant was okay, nothing fancy, but I managed to grab a quick bite. The outside of our room looked clean, but some areas were dirty. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and somewhat modern.
